CADE seeks to advance sustainable food policies at the nexus of agriculture, public health, and the environment.
CADE and the Catskills Chapter of the National Young Farmers Coalition are partnering to bring hands-on training on regenerative practices to beginning farmers throughout the Catskills region. These in-person events will bring together mentors beginning farmers to learn about practices such as:
- rotational grazing
- water management
- draft animal power
- and more!
